Built in the late 1970s for the Baltimore & Ohio, this M930 caboose with Bettendorf Caboose Swing Motion trucks eventually became one of CSX's Cross Tracks Safely safety awareness campaign cars. With yellow ends, these cabooses had colorful yellow and blue safety striping on the sides. CSX was formed through the 1986 mergers of Chessie System and Seaboard System Family Lines, and continues to operate today across more than 21,000 miles of track in the Eastern United States.
