E-locomotive BR 101 of the DB AG, epoch VI

New for 2021: Now this all-rounder from DB AG is also represented as a PIKO Expert model. The modern design of the locomotive has been modeled exactly. The locomotive is prototypically painted in traffic red, including the "DB cookie". The single-arm pantographs have been reproduced extremely filigree. Sharply engraved bogies round off the visual appearance. Brake hoses that can be retrofitted are included to complement the ride. A powerful 5-pole motor ensures free travel. Equipped with two flywheels, the PIKO BR 101 stands out with its extremely smooth running. Two diagonally attached traction tires provide traction when moving forward. The technical highlight are the built-in driver's cab and driver's desk lighting. The light changes depending on the direction of travel in red / white, of course made using the latest LED technology. These functions can be switched separately in digital mode. This is controlled by a PluX 22 decoder. Simple digitization is already prepared using a plug-in interface. The central conductor version is delivered from the factory with an mfx-capable decoder.
