Set of 2 conversion cars B3yg + BD3yg of the DB, epoch IV
New for 2023:
a two-car set of close-coupled conversion cars with a 2nd class car and a 2nd class car with a luggage compartment of the DB in Era IV. Unlike the prototype, the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion cars were not made from existing parts, but from an expert model completely redesigned. The true-to-scale vehicles reproduce the original exactly down to the smallest detail. Individually attached handle bars are just as much a part of the contemporary construction as flush, crystal-clear windows and a detailed interior design. The loving design is also continued on the car floor. It impresses with free-standing cables, a filigree brake linkage as well as maneuvering handles and catch irons made of metal. Like the prototype, the PIKO conversion cars are sold as close-coupled pairs and, thanks to the precisely guided close-coupling kinematics, the distance between the cars is close to the original. The wagons are rounded off by the optionally available interior lighting.
