In the 1970s, Europe's railways grew together technically without losing their independent character. This was manifested in the joint procurement of modern passenger coaches. This pioneering construction also enriched the PIKO range and supplemented the IC ʽ79 wagons with the legendary Avmz 207 and the option of arranging international long-distance trains. The vehicles were precisely implemented in 1:87 scale and are characterized by absolutely harmonious shapes and colors. The filigree bogies can be viewed as a sample of contemporary mold making, but the precise engravings on the roof beads also testify to this. For varied model railroad operation, an LED interior lighting individually designed for this type of car can be easily retrofitted. The spread of the model allows numerous variants of different railway administrations and thus represents a European railway model.
