Model for alternating current section (AC) with built-in digital decoder, interface PluX22 according to NEM 658 (PIKO Sound decoder # can be retrofitted).
The traction unit is powered by a powerful micro-motor, which is equipped with flywheels in favor of perfect running characteristics. The drive operates on both axles of the traction unit. In addition, a factory-installed buffer capacitor ensures optimal handling without sound interruptions.
Driving and control cars can be coupled to each other by means of current-conducting short-coupling kinematics. The lighting functions of both vehicles and the lamps above the front seats as well, can be switched separately. In addition, the model has illuminated lateral destination signs.
The traction unit can also be used as a motor vehicle for the transport of individual freight wagons.
